Talent Slots determine which talents are activated in your current setup. There are up to 10 slots available, which are unlocked step by step by completing different tasks from Flavius that are available upon reaching certain amounts of prestige. The last two slots are unlocked with the Development Systems I and II, which can be obtained for 8000 and 20000 Victor's Medals, respectively.
